These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the booking and provision of mobile auto detailing services by Altamirano Precision Detail LLC ("Altamirano Precision Detail," "we," "us," or "our") to any person or entity that books or receives our services (the "Customer," "you," or "your"). By requesting an appointment, accepting a quote, allowing us to begin work, or otherwise booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book our services.
We provide mobile car detailing at the Customer's specified location within our service area of Louisville, Kentucky. Our services are cosmetic cleaning and appearance-enhancement services only and do not include mechanical repair, paintwork, body repair, upholstery repair, or the restoration of damaged components. Package descriptions and "starting at" prices on our website are a general guide. The final price depends on the size, type, and condition of the vehicle and on the add-ons selected, and will be confirmed with you before work begins.
Results vary with the age and condition of a vehicle. Some stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, water spots, pet damage, and wear cannot be fully removed by cleaning or polishing, and we do not guarantee the complete removal of any particular defect. We will always tell you what we realistically expect to achieve, and we will not perform any process we believe could damage your vehicle.
Appointments are scheduled by phone or email and are confirmed only once we have acknowledged your request in writing or by phone. Customers may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service price, because the time reserved for you cannot usually be offered to another customer on short notice.
If the Customer is not present or reachable, or the vehicle is not accessible within 20 minutes of the scheduled arrival time, we may treat the appointment as cancelled and the late-cancellation fee may apply. We may reschedule an appointment at no charge to you because of severe weather (including lightning, heavy rain, freezing temperatures, or high winds), equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as early as reasonably possible and offer the next available time.
Payment is due upon completion of the service and after you have had the chance to inspect the vehicle. We accept cash and credit/debit cards. If an add-on or additional work becomes necessary after we assess the vehicle (for example, heavy pet hair, biohazard-level soiling, or smoke odor), we will explain the additional charge and obtain your approval before proceeding. Where a deposit is required to reserve a booking, it will be credited toward the final price and handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customers are responsible for any amounts owed, including fees associated with declined or returned payments.
The Customer must provide safe, reasonable, and legal access to the vehicle at the appointment location. Because we are a self-contained mobile service that brings our own water and power, we generally do not need to use your utilities; however, we may ask for a flat, accessible, appropriately shaded work area and for permission to work on private property. Where a property owner, landlord, or homeowners' association restricts mobile car care, it is the Customer's responsibility to obtain any required permission.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, scratches, swirl marks, chips, dents, paint defects, worn or failing clear coat, loose or failing trim, fading plastics, cracked leather, faulty seals, or failing components. We may photograph the vehicle before and after service to document its condition, and we may decline or stop any work if we believe the vehicle or its surroundings are unsafe or if the vehicle's condition would make the requested service ineffective or risky.
Customers must remove all personal items, valuables, documents, electronics, medications, child car seats they wish to keep untouched, and loose articles from the vehicle before service. We may move items in order to clean, but we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please also tell us about any hazards such as sharp objects, open containers, or biohazards before work begins.
We carry out every job with professional care and attention. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to the Customer for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use of the vehicle, loss of income, or diminished value. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, nor does it limit your right to ask us to correct work that does not meet our standard as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Any claim for damage that you believe was caused by our work must be reported to us promptly, preferably at the time of inspection and in any event within 48 hours of the service, with photographs and a written description, so that we can review the vehicle while conditions remain unchanged.
We expect courteous treatment of our staff. We may end a service immediately, without a refund of any deposit, if we encounter threats, harassment, unsafe conditions, or unlawful activity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows when changes were last made. The Terms in effect on the date you book your appointment apply to that appointment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern directly and quickly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to info@altamiranoprecisiondetail.com.

Altamirano Precision Detail LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, contact us, or book a mobile detailing service, how we use and protect that information, and the choices you have. By using our website or booking our services, you acknowledge the practices described below.
We collect information that you provide directly to us when you book or inquire about a service. This includes your name, phone number, email address, service address, vehicle details (such as make, model, year, color, and condition), appointment preferences, notes about your vehicle, and payment information when you pay for a service. If you send us photographs of your vehicle, for example to request a quote or a 24-hour touch-up, we collect those photographs as well.
We may also take before-and-after photographs of vehicles while performing services in order to document the condition of the vehicle and the work done. We make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing license plates, faces, and personal documents, and we will not publish photographs of your vehicle on our website or social media without your permission. If you visit our website, our hosting and font providers may automatically receive basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and device information as part of normal internet operation.
We use your information to schedule and perform services, to travel to your location, to communicate with you about appointments, quotes, changes, and follow-ups, to process payments, to keep business records, to respond to inquiries and complaints, to handle touch-up requests and any damage claims, and to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We may also use your contact information to let you know about maintenance reminders or offers, and you can ask us to stop those messages at any time. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent it to third parties for their own marketing.
We share personal information only when it is needed to run our business and serve you. We may share data with trusted payment processors and financial institutions solely to facilitate payment for our services, and with professional advisers such as accountants, insurers, and attorneys when necessary. These providers are permitted to use your information only to carry out services for us and are expected to protect it. We may also disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others. If our business is ever sold or reorganized, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the protections in this policy.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. Payment card details are handled by third-party payment processors and are not stored by us in full. Access to customer records is limited to people who need it to perform their work. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. Booking, invoice, and payment records are generally kept for the period required by tax and accounting laws, and service notes and photographs may be kept for a reasonable period to address warranty, touch-up, or damage questions. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@altamiranoprecisiondetail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may retain certain information where the law requires it or where we have a legitimate business need, such as completing a transaction or resolving a dispute. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by telling us or following any opt-out instructions in the message.
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Our website may load resources such as fonts and placeholder images from third-party providers, which have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the practices of those providers. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and the "Last Updated" date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
If you have questions or concerns about this policy or how your information is handled, contact Altamirano Precision Detail LLC at info@altamiranoprecisiondetail.com.

At Altamirano Precision Detail LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied. Every job is handled personally and held to a high standard, and this policy explains how we make things right when something is not perfect, and the limits that apply because detailing is a labor-and-time-based service that cannot be returned once performed.
We operate on a pay-after-inspection model. When the work is finished, we will walk around the vehicle with you, and you should inspect it carefully, inside and out, before paying. If you are not satisfied with any area covered by your package, notify us immediately and we will correct the issue on the spot. We will not ask for payment for work that you have identified as incomplete until we have had a fair chance to put it right. Satisfaction is measured against the services described in your booked package, not against a condition that cannot be achieved by cleaning, such as removing deep scratches, paint damage, or permanent staining.
If you notice a missed spot after we leave, contact us within 24 hours of completion of the service, with clear photographs and a short description of the area. We will review your request promptly and offer a complimentary touch-up. Touch-ups are scheduled at a time that is convenient for both of us within our service area and are limited to areas included in the package you purchased. Issues that arise after the vehicle has been driven in rain, parked beneath trees, or exposed to new spills, pets, passengers, or contamination are generally treated as new conditions rather than missed work.
Due to the nature of detailing services, all sales are final once the service is completed and approved. We do not offer monetary refunds for completed services. Where you have inspected the vehicle and approved the work, or have paid and accepted the vehicle, our remedy for any later concern about the quality of that work is the complimentary touch-up described above. Where we cannot reasonably correct a legitimate problem that falls within the scope of the package you purchased, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial credit or adjustment, which will be determined after reviewing the photographs and the facts. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
If we are unable to start or complete your service for a reason that is our responsibility, including equipment failure, illness, or a scheduling error on our part, you will not be charged for work that was not performed, and any deposit will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled appointment, as you prefer.
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and the deposit will be retained to cover the time reserved. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours may also incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service price, in line with our Terms and Conditions. A deposit paid for an appointment that is cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice may be refunded or, at your choice, credited to a future booking.
We will reschedule at no charge if conditions such as severe weather make it unsafe or unsuitable to work on your vehicle. A "no-show," meaning that we arrive and cannot reach you or access the vehicle within 20 minutes of the agreed time, is treated as a late cancellation.
If you believe the vehicle was damaged during service, please tell us at the time of inspection, or contact us as soon as you notice it and no later than 48 hours after completion, with photographs and a description. We will review the matter promptly and fairly. We cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing damage, defects, or failing components, or for problems that appear after the vehicle has been used following service.
To request a touch-up, report a concern, or ask any question about this policy, contact us at info@altamiranoprecisiondetail.com or by phone at (661) 531-3208 and include your name, appointment date, and photographs where relevant.
